AWESOME!  This says it all: "A half-term governor has more claim to leadership and experience than does a one-third-term U.S. senator who has risen through a big-city political machine. Palin is a woman of action, moreover, who has used her political capital at every stage to fight corruption and bad policy. It’s hard to find anyone in politics who does that; pols “save” their capital instead, as Obama has done by voting “present” on numerous occasions, lest spending it cost them something somewhere down the road. "

My thoughts and suggestions are:

REAL CHANGE IS TO COURAGEOUSLY CONFRONT WHAT IS WRONG, EXPOSE IT FOR ALL TO SEE, UNDERSTAND AND SUPPORT THE NEEDED CHANGE.  THEN SET IN FORCE THE MOTION TO IMPLEMENT THE NEEDED CHANGE WHICH WILL REQUIRE STRONG GRASS ROOTS SUPPORT ACROSS POLITICAL BOUNDARIES.  THERE IS NOTHING TO LOSE BECAUSE WE HAVE A "DO NOTHING CONGRESS" FILLED WITH LIFETIME LEGISLATORS WHICH SYSTEMATICALLY REMOVE THE HOPE OF "NEWBIES" WHO QUICKLY REALIZE THAT THE "LIFETIME LEGISLATORS" HOLD CONTROL AND YOU MUST FOLLOW THEIR "SELF IMPOSED RULES" IF THERE IS TO BE EVEN A SMIDGEN OF HOPE TO IMPLEMENT INCREMENTAL CHANGE OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.
Go Sarah Palin! 
1.  Implement term limits for our legislators of no more than (4) four terms, to stop "Lifetime Legislators" and open opportunities for "newbies" with a cause and hope to contribute to positive change in the best interest of the U.S.A. and its citizens.
2.  STOP "EAR MARKS"!  Change all legislative "Sub-Committee Rules" to remove all requirements for a "unanimous vote" to move legislation to the floor for a vote by all legislators.  THE MAJORITY SHOULD RULE IN ALL VOTES!  This change would remove the incentive for "earmarks" traded off to reach the self-imposed "unanimous vote" requirement implemented by "Lifetime Legislators" who control "Sub-Committee" leadership and "Rules".
3.  ECONOMICS!  Require that all school children be taught Economics all (12) twelve years of their schooling just like English.  This countries foundation is dependent upon its citizens understanding of English and Economics.  Our citizens need to understand from an early age that saving, risk taking, and reinvestment of our money domestically provides jobs, opportunities, and earnings for everyone.  That risk takers are entitled to greater earnings and that is not evil or contrary to democratic principles, but socialism is an enemy of our form of democracy because it removes the incentive for achievement for excellence which is the product of a good education combined with WORKING HARD and WORKING SMART.
4.  OVERPAID C.E.O.'s should not be subject to legislation but instead should be attacked by their competition which maintains lower costs and reasonable re-numeration.  Expose and attack abuse and unreasonable and disproportionate re-numeration for what it is and provide incentive for competition which will regulate it economically.
5.  IMPLEMENT TAXATION FOR OUTSOURCING THE JOBS OF U.S.A. to other countries, and  in turn to the destruction of the U.S.A.  We must compete in a global economy and to do so with our higher wages requires increased productivity combined with technological advances and the effort of each and every citizen.  Any group which promotes the use of "slow downs", "sick outs", "sabotage of productivity" or any other form of negative inducement as a form of leverage should be exposed for what it is, "an enemy of this country's ability to compete in a Global Economy" because it is those actions in the past which have provided the economic incentive for "outsourcing" which has resulted in the loss of jobs in the U.S.A.
